Building of the beginning of the century XX is classified as a Property of Heritage Interest by the Municipality of Oporto, it was object of an extention retrofitting and renovation intervention. SOPSEC participated in the state diagnosis, analysis of alternative solutions, development of several engineering designs, with emphasis on consolidation and structural reinforcement, in an area with various constraints. In the rehabilitated building there are several constructive solutions.
