Due to the need to increase existing scientific capacity, in 2015 BOSCH Thermotechnology promoted the construction of a new research and development building named Av202. The three story building comprises: a laboratory, for development and testing of prototypes, a showroom, for product presentation, and an auditorium with a roof garden (floor 0); open space offices,including several meeting rooms, and a pantry (floor 1); storage for technical equipment which supports the building’s activity (floor 2).
The building was inaugurated on December 2nd, 2016, by Prime Minister António Costa.
