Rehabilitation of a set of buildings with various uses and transformations over time, in the heart of downtown Porto, to transform in a 4 star Hotel. In the same work coexisted heavy works of construction of new zones of the structure, with rehabilitation, maintenance and reutilization of the existing, in a work of design and assistance to the work in continuous. The set of these conditions, as well as the existence of archaeological remains required a professional and attentive work of the team of the several Engineering specialties, in order to assure the objectives of the Owner of work.
