SOPSEC managed the construction of an industrial building in the area of precision optical devices in Lousado, Vila Nova de Famalicão. The building consists of two blocks: a social and administrative block and a factory block, the connection between them being made through two corridors. The total area is 49.219m2 and the area of implantation and construction is 16,092 m2. Its volume is 136,598 m3. The industrial unit includes two cleanrooms with specific characteristics in the control of the interior air, a total of 3000 m2.
In the exterior were also built buildings to support the industrial unit with a total area of 1.471 m2. The entrance of the industrial unit has an area of 30 m2 and resembles a camera.
