It has a total construction area of 7,000m2, comprising: Administrative, Commercial and Social building; Factory Building – Storage Warehouse; Tower Building – Manufacturing facility (built by an Italian contractor directly employed by Kerakoll); Operational Building – Production Support Operations (two story building).
The unit has designated areas for infrastructures, equipment, green spaces (ground and rooftop), and other spaces for collective use and their respective arrangements.
