The allotment is located south of Parque das Nações, between the railway line – North line – and the Tagus River, in Lisbon.
The new subdivision defines an area with residential occupation, commerce and services, collective equipment, green spaces, and a lot for future equipment.
The proposed subdivision constitutes an urban mesh that is defined by 9 buildable areas (blocks).
One of the lots is assigned to the future cathedral of Lisbon and another two to offices, with the remaining 20 lots for mixed use, mostly residential.
