The PRS – Paulo Ribeirinho Soares, José Manuel Soares Arquitetos and SOPSEC formed the winning consortium, out of about 40 participants, of the ideal competition for the project of the new building of the Porto Business School. Ambitious building in functional, environmental and energy plans, holds LEED Gold certification that attests to its energy efficiency and sustainability. SOPSEC was responsible foundations and structures, Plumbing, Acoustics, Waste and Health and Safety Designs. The Project and Work were managed by the EGP Association, chaired by the Engineer Belmiro de Azevedo, and it was built on time and according to the expected price.
