The engineering designs of Office Building Saudi Engineers Headquarters were a good challenge.
Many factors have contributed to this unique work, notably the participation of different project teams, the application of saudi and americans regulations and the technical requirements such us the sustainability associated with power generation, efficiency energy, domotics and intelligent buildings.
The whole project was done in BIM in a very short time.
The end result was a consistent work and customer-friendly job.
The deployment area of the building is 2380m2, with 3 basements for parking and 7 floors, where the average height is 4,5m.
