A services building located in the SONAE Companies Business Park in Maia, with an office area of 6900 m2. The building is divided into two main functional groups, the car parking areas and the office areas (open space). The area of services occupies the ground floor and the upper three floors, while the car parking area, fully underground, occupies the lower two floors. Since its conception, the building aimed at guaranteeing the LEED certification, having obtained LEED PLATINUM certification (LEED BD+C: New Construction (v2009).
